Our platform supports video upload, scheduling and creation of short videos, integrations with third-party services (including Google Drive, Vizard.ai, Telegram, and YouTube), and related features to help you create, manage and publish video content.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain and promptly update your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display that content as necessary to provide the services. You agree not to upload or share content that violates laws, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, or is otherwise objectionable.
Our service may connect to third-party services (for example, Google Drive for file import, Vizard.ai for automated editing, Telegram for distribution, and YouTube for uploads). Use of those integrations may require you to provide credentials or to authorize access. You are responsible for any actions taken via those integrations and for complying with the third-party terms and policies.
All rights in the platform, including software, designs, graphics, and other materials are owned by 73 Production LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.
If any part of the service is provided for a fee, payment terms will be presented to you separately. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes. We may suspend or terminate your access for non-payment.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, for illegal activity, or for any reason with or without notice. You may close your account at any time, subject to any retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 73 Production LTD from any claim, liability, loss, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in England.
